Sensoria Networks has made a tremendous impact in our organization at many levels. Have brought deep and varied experience to bear, providing critical insight on strategy, operations, IT infrastructure and partnership management. Icarus would not have been positioned for success without these numerous contributions. Contribution go beyond advice; have played an operational role in development of Icarus’ software architecture, including an ERP system that is central to Icarus’ logistics across the organization.

Over the last 6 years, I have gone from working overtime at my nursing job just to keep the business running to now working our business full-time. This would have not been possible without Sensoria Network's help. I remember around our third year in business, we were asked how much we were paying ourselves and the answer was nothing. At that time we were putting all of our profits into the business. It was explained that we needed to start paying ourselves something, even if it wasn’t very much. Was said, “If we didn’t start now we probably never would.” This was a pivotal moment in our journey as we realized we needed to value ourselves this way.
